Well…the taxes are done…we made it another year, YEAH!   MM’s birthday and the family was together for dinner and cake.  The big surprise was VT daughter came for the week-end.   The grandsons loved singing Happy Birthday to Pepere.  Then we broke out  the Christmas gift they gave to him.   A Portuguese Terra Cotta Pig…you fill the belly with moonshine and then place linguisa or chourico on the ribs, then lite.  It’s like a table top grill.

           The alcohol burns a pretty blue fame, you rotated the meat to heat evenly, and then eat.   We added more alcohol and tried a little marshmallow toasting.  It was an experiment, not to be repeated.
