After a busy morning in the backyard, we headed over to the bogs to see what we could see.  Will fell asleep and napped the whole time but Harry, Luke, and I walked, raced, and climbed for an hour.  Luke was definitely the happiest as he could splash in the water.  The bogs were flooded to float off debris and an eight inch pipe was gushing water.  Luke danced and barked around it cautiously.  Harry thought they were lakes and using binoculars he scanned the area through the moon roof of the lincoln.  Our sighting count: 6 workers, 2 osprey, 6 swallows, a kildeer, a mallard duck, dozens of redwing blackbirds, and a deer print.
