OK just got things up and working on my new lapTop.  Yes there were a few glitches at 11:00PM…… you know that’s past my bedtime.  Called Comcast’s  24/7 hotline and guess what no one was there!

Called at 7 this morning and got the problem solved.  Amy and Mary there is a teeny tiny hole ( they couldn’t make it smaller) on the back of the modem that says reset…. ya press it witha  paperclip or ballpoint pen and it shuts everything down then assigns a new IP address

Got the wireless going too Whoopee! so now I can enjoy my coffee and go outside on such a beautiful morning
